Kehinde

Managing Partner
Kehinde brings 20 years of experience in the field of corporate
and regulatory affairs to Rosebank Consulting, in addition
to his professional background as a lawyer, journalist and
social development expert. A graduate of the University
of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in
1987, Kehinde also holds a Master of Laws degree from the
University of Aberdeen, Scotland (1990).
He
gained considerable senior management experience in a multinational
FMCG where he was responsible for developing and implementing
policy and strategy on corporate reputation management,
social and environmental reporting, and sustainable development
initiatives in the West and Central Africa Area. Kehinde
also worked in Nigeria’s key oil & gas sector
where he managed in accordance with World Bank/IFC Standards
and Equator Principles, the resettlement process and livelihood
restoration strategy of the OKLNG project affecting over
2000 persons and 250 households.
Kehinde’s
area of specialization includes, environmental reporting,
environmental communication, environmental reputation management
& audit, corporate social responsibility, corporate
governance, stakeholder planning and engagement, policy
& representation at the highest executive and legislative
levels of government.
In
recognition of Kehinde’s positive contributions to
social and environmental issues, the Nigerian Government
in 2005 appointed him as the Vice Chair of the National
Mirror Committee on Social Responsibility.
Kehinde
is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree programme in
Integrated Environmental Management at the University of
Bath, England.

Professor Olusegun

Partner (Environmental Impact
Assessments & Environmental Management Systems)
Professor Olusegun Ekundayo attended the University of Lagos,
Lagos, Nigeria where he received the German Academic Exchange
Scholarship (DAAD), Dean’s and Faculty’s Prizes
for outstanding performance at the Undergraduate level.
His postgraduate education was at the Northern Illinois
University USA and University College London (UCL), University
of London, UK where he obtained a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry.
Segun
has been in academia since 1975 at the University of Ibadan,
where he holds a Professorial Chair in Chemistry. His academic
experience spans several other Universities at Hamburg,
Munich, Wurtzburg, Frankfurth (all in Germany) Helsinki
(Finland) Kingston (Jamaica) and Wittswaterand (South Africa).
He has previously served as Dean, Faculty of Science, Director
of Laboratory Technology Training School and Head, Department
of Chemistry at the University of Ibadan.
He has vast and deep experience in Environmental issues
having taught the subject for several years , practicing
as an Environmental Consultant and conducting several Environmental
Impact Assessments and Environmental Audits over a relatively
long period of time. Segun has made significant contributions
to knowledge in the field of Environmental Management through
consistent research and practice for over 30 years.

Shabanji

Partner (Corporate Social Responsibility,
Biodiversity & Climate Change)
Shabanji is a graduate of the University
of Nairobi, Kenya where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Sociology, a Master of Arts degree in Planning and subsequently
a Post graduate diploma in Mass Communication.
He has
over 25 years experience in Public & Corporate Affairs
and Corporate Social Responsibility at top levels in various
organisations including 18 years in British American Tobacco,
12 of which were at its London global headquarters, and
was responsible for policy formulation and implementation
on human rights, the environment and biodiversity.
An excellent
negotiator and communicator, Shabanji’s other areas
of expertise include media relations, government and regulatory
affairs, dealing with NGOs, politicians and international
organisations.
Shabanji
was an official delegate to the World Summit on Sustainable
Development held in South Africa in 2002 and the 3rd IUCN
World Conservation Congress, Bangkok, 2004. In
2003, Shabanji attended the prestigious Smithsonian Environmental
Management and Leadership Programme in the USA.
Aside
from been an active member of the Royal Commonwealth Society
and the Royal Overseas League, Shabanji currently serves
as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Royal African Society,
UK.

Seyilayo
was admitted to practice as a Solicitor and Advocate of
the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1995 having previously obtained
a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University,
Ile- Ife, Nigeria. He subsequently attended the University
College London (UCL) where he obtained a Master of Laws
degree specializing in International Business Law.
An
experienced commercial litigator and negotiator, Seyilayo
has conducted several due diligence and legal compliance
audits for clients in respect of proposed development projects
and direct foreign investments into Nigeria.
In
2004, Seyilayo attended the American Academy of International
Law as a recipient of the Victor Folsom Fellowship for Africa.He
is also a member of the International Bar Association and
a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

Assessment)
Bolanle is a registered Medical Practitioner with the Nigerian
Medical and Dental Council and has been in practice for
over 13 years. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration.
She has worked extensively in the Public and Private sectors
and is currently pursuing a Fellowship in Community Health
with the West African College of Physicians.
Bolanle's areas of specialization are health and social
impact assessments, environmental health and safety, planning
and logistics.

A graduate of Agronomy, from the University of Technology,
Makurdi, Benue State, Olusegun has over 16 years of hands-on
experience as a professional photographer and videographer.
He
has undertaken major projects commissioned by public and
private sector clients to produce high quality photography
and documentaries on landscapes, people and livelihoods,
nature and the environment, engineering, construction and
corporate social investments.
