• Regulatory Impact Assessment –
The existence and implementation of policy and regulatory framework
is the foundation for an enduring environmental and social performance
by governments and business organizations. We assist our clients
to be responsible corporate citizens by reviewing the impact of
regulations and policies on their operations including the setting
up of an in-house monitoring process.
• Legislative/Policy Issues Representation and Advocacy
Strategy – We engage African governments and parliaments
at the highest levels on behalf of clients with a view to articulating
their business positions on environmental and social issues to
regulators and key decision makers. We also work with governments
and public sector agencies on environmental and social development
policy development, strengthening of existing regulatory framework,
including provision of advisory services on how to address the
impact of climate change and global warming on the African continent.
