• Policy & Strategy Formulation, Compliance and Monitoring - At Rosebank Consulting, we encourage our public and private sector clients to move towards embedding principles of corporate governance as an integral part of their business plans and organizational structures at the highest decision-making levels. We assist our clients to develop and internalize a body of Business Principles, and also help with the establishment of a functional CSR Committees reporting to the Board of Directors, to periodically review and provide policy direction and initiatives on aspects of environmental and social performance.
